Customs & import tax - If you live outside the EU (European Union)
If you live in a country outside the EU (European Union), you should know that you may be charged VAT on your order when it reaches customs. I will not charge VAT and am not responsible for it. All taxes/fees/duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product cost or shipping charges. If you do not wish to pay the tax, your order will be returned to me.
Shipping
All orders are prepared and shipped from Germany.
If you have purchased multiple items, all products will be shipped together in one package for your convenience. Please allow up to one week after purchase for your order to be shipped.
Packaging & recycling
In my efforts to be a sustainable and ecofriendly business, all of my packaging is compostable (envelopes, cards, tissue paper) or recyclable.
As per German packaging law i also pay a fee for to make sure all packaging i use will be recycled.
Please also help to protect the environment and be sure to recycle, compost, or reuse the packaging. <3
Why paper product or sticker only orders might not have a tracking number
To make shipping more affordable, orders including only flat products are sometimes sent out with a stamp & envelope which means there is no tracking. Please allow 1-2 weeks for EU orders and 4-6+ weeks for international orders.
